Returns Policy


Our returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

With the nature of Fine Art prints, please ensure the print is kept in the exact condition as it was sent out. Therefore if needing to return it please be very careful when unrolling and unwrapping the print.

To be eligible for a return, your print must be unused, unmarked and in the same condition that you received it.  The print will need to be in its original condition to be able to resell it.

Larger prints: It must be returned in the original packaging, returned wrapped in the acid free tissue and in the postal tube.

Smaller prints: It must be returned in the original protective bag, laid flat on cardboard. Please also ensure it is protected by board and note on the parcel to 'Do Not Bend, Print Inside'.

All prints will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Mel Piagesti Art reserves the right not to refund or exchange the item and will return the print to you at your expense.

Returned prints need to be re-sold, therefore must be returned in their original condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please include your invoice with a note.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend posting the print back using a full tracked service as Mel Piagesti Art cannot accept responsibility or liability for the print until we have received it back to our studio.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be issued within 5 working days of your print coming back to the studio. This will be issued to the original payment method used.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after being notified by email, please first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
